Your responsibilities at waterdrop®:

  • As a Working Student CRM (m/f/d), you assist in creating and managing CRM campaigns via channels such as Email, WhatsApp, SMS, and Direct Mail
  • You support the campaign planning process, collaborate with the content teams, and take over copy briefings, template design & creation
  • You are responsible for the setup of segments and campaigns in Klaviyo, ensuring targeted and effective communication to different customer groups
  • You help optimizing email communication across all sales channels (DTC, retail, wholesale) to enhance customer retention
  • You contribute to reporting and analyzing key metrics such as campaign revenue, order placement rates, engagement rates, and deliverability to gauge a campaign's success
  • You implement and evaluate A/B tests to continuously improve campaign performance

Your qualifications and experience:

  • You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master's degree program in Business, Marketing, or any other related field
  • You are interested in or bring experience in CRM, email marketing, or digital marketing and are willing to learn and grow in these areas
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools (e.g., Klaviyo) and design software (e.g., Figma) is a plus
  • You have strong analytical skills with an ability to understand and interpret data to drive decisions
  • Your excellent organizational skills enable you to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
  • You work effectively in a team and demonstrate good communication and collaborative skills
  • You love to work with people from different teams and backgrounds and your profile is rounded off by your fluent English skills
