Your responsibilities at waterdrop®:

  • As a IT Administrator (m/f/d) you manage the roll-out, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and networks across our global organisation
  • You are responsible for regular updates, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues to minimise downtime and enhance productivity
  • You oversee the organisation’s network infrastructure, access points, firewalls, and security protocols
  • You implement and monitor security measures such as data encryption, access controls, and vulnerability assessments to safeguard against threats
  • You respond to security incidents 
  • You ensure compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, NIS2) in coordination with our DPO and department leads
  • You coordinate the procurement, deployment, and management of hardware and software assets
  • You ensure all systems are up-to-date, compatible, and aligned with the organisation’s needs in direct coordination with our CTO
  • You maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets and track their lifecycle for timely upgrades or replacements
  • You will audit our sites spread across the EU and even US to help our colleagues and ensure compliance

Your strengths and qualifications:

  • You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology/ Computer Science or degree from a HTL with focus on IT
  • You gained 5 years of experience in managing IT for organizations of minimum 200 employees
  • You have experience in managing and administering standard productivity software (Google Workspace, Slack, Atlassian, etc.)
  • You have experience in managing hardware (RMM for both Windows & Mac, MDM, etc.)
  • You have experience in networking and firewall config
  • You have experience in driving and implementing InfoSec initiatives

The minimum salary for this position is EUR 50.000 gross per year on a full-time basis. Depending on your qualifications, there is the willingness for overpayment.
